Dr. Angela Diehl-Becker
Before taking the step to entrepreneurship and founding her own company, Dr Angela Diehl-Becker gathered 15 years of experience in working for high-profile companies, such as a large German bank. The last position she held was manager of management development which included responsibility for personnel in the international operations of one of the largest global players in the pharmaceutical sector.
To support her, she has a team of employee experts well versed in intercultural issues. She can also draw on a network of partners in other cultural environments.
Dr Angela Diehl-Becker has a doctorate in psychology. Her doctorate thesis on the subject of "Personal Effectiveness Training for Women" was published in 1991 by the publishing house Hogrefe.
Jessica Madia
Jessica Madia is a native Italian and has graduated in psychology with focal point on industrial and organisational psychology at the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck. Jessica speaks German, Italian and English. She has experience in diagnostics of occupational aptitude and in the conception of assessment exercises.
