Our activities are focused on the following areas:
- Psychological analyses of potential
We use proven methods from psychology (but not exclusively) in our assessments on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Development of the team group dynamics
By this we mean that we carry out an analysis of interaction mechanisms within a team (decision-making groups) based on scientifically proven methods, and use the feedback from these activities to take steps specifically designed to promote the team’s development.
We either work on site in the working environment itself or simulate the environment “off the job”. In the case of off-the-job simulation, we choose a setting which is motivating and may be unusual and which will, above all, enable us to observe mechanisms which generally emerge when people work together as a group.
- Coaching
We do not espouse any special approach in particular but draw on a repertoire of scientifically proven methods to facilitate coaching processes, with a strong focus on our client’s goals, to swiftly bring about a successful outcome. Leadership and organizational behaviour is where our support is most frequently required.
- Social perception
Particularly in an environment where people from different cultures come together to work prejudices, stereotypes and certain set ideas can be an obstacle to smooth cooperation. Our approach in promoting cooperation is based on proven scientific know-how in social psychology.

- Our methods are anchored in the science of psychology, our approach to objectives is pragmatic: they are geared towards those of our clients.
- We work not only through role plays but also live, in critical situations.
- If explicitly desired, we simulate these critical situations in unusual settings – one of our trade secrets!
- We are not trainers in the sense of disseminating knowledge in a seminar setting. We see our role in accompanying and supporting processes.
- We are experts in psychology and intercultural science. In addition, we also draw on long-standing practical experience from holding managerial positions in large companies.
