Stepsys Psychological Services was founded as a subsidiary of Steps H.R. Consulting by Dr Angela Diehl-Becker in 1995.
The complex name and the no less intricate logo reflect the fact that Stepsys and Steps together form a complementary concept for a holistic approach, from recruiting qualified employees, through to consultancy and support anchored in organizational psychology, and working in multi-cultural environments. In addition, the logo of Stepsys Psychological Services stands for the area of our expertise: the complexity inherent in the interpersonal relationships of people working together in an organisation.
